Instructions
- Brew one cup of coffee using your preferred method.
- Add the grated or ground ginger directly to the hot coffee.
- Let it steep for 1–2 minutes, then stir well.
- Add fresh lemon juice gradually, tasting as you go.
- Stir gently and adjust flavors if needed.
- Enjoy warm.
Notes
Start with small amounts of ginger and lemon, especially if you’re new to this combination. Let the coffee cool slightly before adding lemon if the taste feels too sharp. Works best with medium or dark roast coffee.
