- 4 cups cold drinking water
- 2 tablespoons dried herbal tea (hibiscus, mint, chamomile, or a blend)
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Fresh fruit or herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add the dried herbal tea to a clean glass jar or pitcher.
- Pour cold water over the herbs.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator.
- Let steep for 6 to 12 hours, depending on taste preference.
- Strain out the herbs using a fine mesh strainer.
- Serve chilled or over ice.
Notes
Glass containers work best for cold brew herbal tea. Steeping time can be adjusted for a lighter or stronger flavor. Start with single herbs before trying blends.
