- All ingredients are optional except water and salt. No sugar, no sweeteners.
Instructions
- Pour the filtered water into a glass or jar.
- Add the pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
- If using, add magnesium and potassium powder. Mix well.
- Taste and adjust mineral amounts slightly if needed.
- Drink immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
