Instructions
- Bring 1 cup of water to a gentle boil.
- Add the jello mix or unflavored gelatin and stir until fully dissolved.
- Pour in 1 cup of cold water and mix well.
- Transfer to a glass dish or jars.
- Refrigerate for 3–4 hours or until firm.
- Serve chilled and enjoy as a light snack or dessert.
Notes
For a firmer texture, add ½ tbsp extra gelatin. For a brighter flavor, add lemon juice or electrolyte drops. Use berry flavors for a classic taste or vanilla for a creamier, dessert-like variation. Keeps well in the fridge for up to 5 days.
